Refund policy
IN-STORE
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, or an exchange or credit note within 28 days of purchase. You will need to show a valid receipt or other proof of purchase. Product(s) must be returned as it left the store, unworn and with all labels attached.
Item(s) must be unworn and returned with all labels attached.
We are unable to offer returns on the following items:
- Custom fitted ski boots
- Custom moulded insoles
- Skis and bindings which have been mounted
This does not affect your statutory rights.
ONLINE
If you wish to return an item purchased through our online store you need to inform us in writing (by letter or email) and then return your unused product(s), (in their original packaging with all labels attached), within 14 days from the date you receive your goods to the following address -

We strongly advise using a recorded delivery service, or returning direct to store, as we cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us safely.
We will refund you the costs of the goods, but we cannot refund the original postage cost.
Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed. You will be notified by phone or email when your return has been processed.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event of you receiving an incorrect or damaged item(s) please contact us by email or phone, clearly stating the fault and if you’d like a refund or replacement. We will arrange the return of the item(s).
If you request a replacement, this will be dispatched once your return has been received.
FAULTY GOODS
Please contact us by phone or email, clearly stating the fault before returning your item. An original receipt will be required for all warranty claims. Items returned must be clean. We will contact you via phone or email once a decision has been made. This may take a while as some items may have to be sent for independent inspection. Warranty claims will be in accordance with your legal rights.
Wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Base and edge damage to skis and snowboards is regarded as wear and tear.
For repairs due to wear and tear, you will be advised of the costs before any work is carried out. You will be responsible for return postage.
Until the goods are returned, they are your responsibility, therefore we would advise using a tracked service for returns or returning directly to the store. Once received, we will process the refund for the cost of the product. We cannot refund the original postage costs.
We will refund you the costs of the goods, but we cannot refund the original postage cost paid, you will need to pay the cost to get the goods back to us.
