Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery service aims for delivery within 2-4 working days (certain destinations may take longer). This service is free for orders over £50 (T&Cs apply). For orders under £50, the delivery charge will be shown at checkout.

Please note that certain items such as skis, snowboards, and ski/snowboard bags are not eligible for free delivery and shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Express Delivery

If you need your order to arrive quickly, we offer an express delivery service that aims for delivery within 1-2 working days. The cost for express delivery will be shown at checkout.

Mounting Bindings for Skis Purchased Online

If you purchase skis online, we will require some additional information before we can mount the bindings. We will email you to request the following details:

• Sole Length (stamped in mm on the boot)
• Ability Level
• Height
• Weight
• Age

Once we receive this information, we will proceed with mounting the bindings and prepare your order for delivery.

Delivery Address

Your order will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure that the address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. For certain orders, a signature will be required on delivery.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to process and post your order as quickly as possible. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next working day. Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

While we make every effort to deliver your order as soon as possible, please note that there may be unavoidable delays in delivery. In such cases, we will notify you and provide updates on the status of your delivery.
