Blizzard was founded in 1945 by Anton "Toni" Arnsteiner in Mittersill, Austria, a village nestled at the foot of the country's tallest mountains. Blizzard is responsible for many innovations in ski manufacturing such as using polyethene running surfaces or 'P-Tex', and the use of metal and fiberglass in ski construction. A company that doesn't believe in limits of any kind. Blizzard continually designs for tomorrow and for skiers who live on the leading edge.
