BORN AT THE FOOT OF THE DOLOMITES

In the 1930s, craftsman Dreste Zanatta began building a reputation for the quality of the leather boots he made for the men working in the Dolomite mountains of northern Italy. In 1980, two of his sons, Giancarlo and Ambrosiano Zanatta, established Calzaturificio Tecnica Spa — a company whose ski boots and outdoor footwear would go on to earn a similar reputation for their top-notch quality, style, and craft. Over decades of continual innovation and refinement, Tecnica has become known for products that meet the exacting standards of people who depend on comfort and high performance.
